This year's Interclean Amsterdam was held from 14 to 17 May 2024. Our EMAS 30-strong delegation included more than 20 unique EMAS member companies. The delegation was led by Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Mr Baey Yam Keng, of the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment, Singapore.
The objectives of the learning trip was to expose participating Singapore companies to Europe’s latest equipment and technologies; with a potential for adoption - so as to enhance productivity and efficiency in their processes.
On the 1st day, the EMAS delegation was warmly welcomed by RAI’s Director, Markets, Ms Annette Bos. We then proceeded with the day’s booth visits and product demonstrations from Metabots, LionsBot International, Karcher B.V., and Diversey.
On Day 2 of Interclean Amsterdam, Singapore delegates attended a Workshop Programme organised by Real Estate and Construction Academy; delving into the theme of “Social Sustainability in Cleaning Practices”, and revisiting Outcome-Based Cleaning.
