01. Outcome Based Contracting (OBC) Knowledge Sharing / Technology Connect 2023 : 10th May 2023
We are targeting to reach out to 100 companies; and will also open to companies from the pest management, waste management and IFM sectors.
The morning session will focus on Outcome-based Contracting (OBC); the afternoon session will focus on technology. The OBC session will emphasise the importance of OBC to stay competitive in today’s environment. There will be sharing of success stories to demonstrate how OBC can help companies in today’s VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) business environment. The Technology Connect Session (TCS) will share on the technologies available to help companies prepare their workforce, to be OBC-ready through technology adoption.
02. Job Redesign Masterclass : June 2023
“Redesigning Jobs for the Environmental Services Industry Masterclass” presents a unique opportunity for your organisation to mitigate the challenges ahead in the new year. EMAS is pleased to organise this Masterclass that offers a holistic view of how to transform your business in the Environmental Services industry – with inter-department discussions and cross-functional collaborations in a hands-on approach.
For business continuity in the long term, we encourage different departments (e.g. HR, Operations, etc) of your company to participate in this Masterclass, with the vision to multi-skill your workforce. For a hands-on approach, Masterclass participants will be required to develop and submit a workable implementation plan (relevant to their business concerns) as one of the key takeaways from the Masterclass.

EMAS will be having the 37th annual general meeting (AGM), which is a yearly gathering of an association’s members. At an AGM, the President of the association present an annual report containing information for members about the association’s performance and future direction.

07. CleanEnviro Summit Singapore (CESG) 2024 : 16-21 June 2024

CleanEnviro Summit Singapore (CESG) will be held in conjunction with the Singapore International Water Week at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands, in Singapore from 17 to 21 April 2022, while World Cities Summit (WCS) will be rescheduled to 31 July to 3 August 2022.
