With reference to the National Environment Agency's Guide on Specifications for Outcome Based Cleaning Contracts and the successful implementation of OBC in an eco-campus, this course aims to equip participants with knowledge and skills in:

• Key components and clauses of an OBC contract
• Desired cleaning outcomes and benchmarks for offices, commercial premises and food and
  beverage premises
• Service buyer and service provider partnerships
• Performance inspection checklist and scorecard for an outcome-based cleaning contract
• Application of digitalization, robotics, automation and Internet of Things (IoT) for effective
  implementation of OBC
• Participants will also be guided in the drafting of an OBC contract and conduct cleaning
  inspections, under an OBC framework, together with industry practitioners.
