Ordinary Member Any environmental hygiene companies registered in Singapore whose business activity fall within the objects of the Association. (* Submit NEA Cleaning Business Licence & at least BizSAFE Level 2) Waived $600 Ordinary Member
Associate Member (Suppliers) Any local or foreign organisations whose business is related to environmental and hygienic services in Singapore. $100 $600 Associate Member
Institutional Member (Trainers) Any associations, institutions or societies whose activities fall within the objects of the Association. $100 $600 Institutional Member

DECLARATION BY APPLICANT

IHereby I hereby declare that the particulars given by us in this form are true and complete. We wish to apply for *Ordinary/Associate/Institutional Membership in your Association and if admitted, will abide by the provisions of the constitution of the Association and promise to give full support to the Association. The undersigned hereby applies for membership in the Environmental Management Association of Singapore and agrees, if accepted by the Executive Council, to pay all fees and dues and to abide by the Constitution of EMAS.
(Applicants for Ordinary membership are to attach a copy of the company’s ROC together with the application form.)
(Application of Membership shall be subjected to the approval of the council.)
Upon approval of the application, an invoice will be issued to you for your immediate payment. Please kindly make your cheque payable to the “Environmental Management Association of Singapore”.
